He has public speaking experience at many global events.
Ratika brings over 15 years of strategic research and consulting experience of working with enterprises in the areas of market and competitive intelligence, market sizing and trends, and creating compelling business use cases.
An expert in secondary and primary research methodologies, Ratika is strong at interpretation of data into actionable business implications. Her high-level market analysis typically covers market sizing and forecasting, drivers and restraints influencing the market, opportunity analysis, competitive analysis including SWOT and market share, market entry strategies, marketing strategy, communication and business strategy. Director Strategy and Sales Enablement
Chuck brings over 25 years of experience in wireless communications, with roles ranging from software engineering and technical product management to developing and implementing global marketing programs. Chuck’s unique blend of technical marketing and global market experience enables him to identify unique business insights in support of KAIROS’ customers.
Prior to joining KAIROS, Chuck helped Tier 1 service providers understand the business benefits enabled by their 4G network and the potential that they will unlock with 5G.
Director – Enterprise Networking and Mobility
Samir brings over 13 years of experience in telecom market analysis and strategy consulting. He has worked on several projects with tier 1 companies in the wireless and cable industry, involving product development and deployment, product management and overall project management. Prior to joining KAIROS, Samir worked as an independent consultant on several projects with large MSOs and cable companies. He brings experience in the areas of Wi-Fi, broadband and video products, mobility and wireless.

Swapan has a strong track record of successful product introductions for enterprise, wireless, and wireline markets; management of distributed products and development teams; and execution of global product and go-to-market strategy. More recently, Swapan has been focused on digital transformation of customer engagement, use of omnichannel services, and AI/Bot applications in this domain. Prior to that, Swapan held senior positions in various telecom enterprises. He brings with him years of experience in SaaS/CPaaS applications, enterprise communications, WebRTC, IMS/RCS, 3G/4G wireless, VoIP and IP Service Assurance products.
