SENIOR TELECOM CONTENT STRATEGIST AND WRITER
Job Description
Seeking
a Senior Content Strategist and Writer for marketing Fixed and Wireless Network
solutions. This position will require a solid understanding of telecom carrier
and enterprise networks, buying behavior, industry challenges, and market
trends, both at a business and technology level. The ideal candidate will
be a storyteller who understand market needs, work with clients’ sales, product
marketing, engineering & technology teams, and channel partners to
translate technical features of telecom and networking solutions into inspiring
product positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
The
role will encompass creating thought leadership and sales enablement collateral
such as white papers, solution briefs, blogs, podcast/ video scripts, infographic
outlines, and case studies in technology areas, primarily 5G, Private LTE,
Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, AI, and IoT.
What You Will Spend Most of Your Time Doing:

You will be interfacing with clients and
creating content strategy and messaging framework
·
You will be doing market research, competitive
analysis, and interacting with the sales, product, and marketing leadership
teams of the client to create technology marketing and sales enablement content
·
You will be writing vertical-specific solution
briefs, case studies, white papers, datasheets, sales presentations, battle
cards, sales playbooks, value messaging guides, technical blogs, website copy,
email copy, etc. (for use by marketing and sales teams and channel partners)

You will be managing the content development
project, ensuring quality, and managing the client relationship
·
You will be regularly watching market trends for
telecom and networking solutions, primarily 5G, CBRS, Private LTE, Wi-Fi,
SD-WAN, AI, and IoT
As a Senior Content Strategist, You Will:

Craft technical customer stories that explain
the business problem, the solution architecture that solved it (including
explanations of architectural diagrams), and its benefits.

Lead technical interviews with engineering,
product management, sales, and channel partner teams to gather and research
inputs and craft compelling messaging that translates technical features of
telecom and networking solutions into messaging and value proposition
·
Lead the development of a wide range of
product/solution marketing material from writing technical blog posts, solution
briefs, white papers, sales playbooks, battle cards, thought leadership pieces,
case studies, webinar scripts, and video scripts, and other forms of content as
may be required.

Work closely with our marketing communications
and business development team to craft and review marketing content and support
the development of dedicated marketing campaigns to help increase our social,
digital, partner presence and visibility
Requirements, Skills and Education
·
4-5 years of product marketing experience with
telecom and networking product companies and/ or service providers
·
Strong understanding of wireless technologies
and markets, primarily 5G, CBRS, Private LTE, Wi-Fi, and IoT, and their
commercial applications for carrier and enterprise markets across different
verticals
·
Ability to understand technical terms and
architecture diagrams and explain them in easy-to-understand terms to influence
decision-makers
·
Ability to bridge the gap between technology and
business use case through compelling messaging, value proposition, and content
·
Ability to work independently through the entire
writing process (research, write, re-write and work with clients to get content
reviewed and approved)
·
Excellent written and verbal communication
skills
·
A results-oriented individual who takes
initiatives, is a quick thinker, and a problem solver

Ability to work across different teams including
engineering, sales, marketing communications, and channel partners to
interview, gather information, and provide compelling stories
