Launched KAIROS to empower B2B technology companies to connect the dots

After working in the market research and consulting industry for 15 years, Ratika Garg, noticed that despite all the information at their disposal, businesses struggle to connect the dots. Most business leaders faced a challenge when it came to sift through a plethora of diverse market data to identify the most relevant and credible information and use it to make critical business decisions. The same information overload makes it difficult for sales and marketing leaders to create content and stories that break out of the clutter. KAIROS Pulse was founded by Ratika, in 2013, to cater to these needs.

The aim was to empower B2B technology companies and help them connect the dots. Unlike a typical market research firm that produces industry reports and market forecasts, KAIROS focused on helping business leaders in product and marketing organizations align their product and go-to-market strategy with market trends and buyer’s needs.

Introduced a focused strategy to bridge bigger alignment gaps

Our initial work with clients soon revealed a bigger gap in alignment. The real challenge in business growth lay in a lack of internal alignment and execution. There was a big gap between product, sales, support, and marketing functions and activities.

In 2015, Ashish Jain, joined as the board of advisors and later became the Co-Founder and CEO of KAIROS. With Ashish’s hands-on experience in different aspects of businesses – product management, marketing, sales, customer support, and channel enablement, Ashish brought with him an outside-in perspective to help technology companies identify and fill their gaps and furthered our vision of alignment across teams.

We are on a mission to end misalignment

Today, we’re KAIROS Pulse working with companies across the globe and industries, from wireless networking to cloud communications, IoT, and AI and each experience brings with it new learning. Whether it is a Fortune 100 company or a start-up with a 20-member team, we still find that the misalignment challenge is real, and its removal remains the need of the hour.
