Product Marketing Manager, Fixed & Wireless Networks
Job Description
Seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our telecom experts team. The role will encompass creating GTM strategy, product positioning, content strategy, collateral creation, and execution of product marketing programs for client offerings in the carrier and enterprise markets. This position will require a solid understanding of carrier and enterprise networks, their buying behavior and market trends. The ideal candidate will be able to understand market needs, work with customers, sales, channel partners, product management, marketing, and other stakeholders to develop and clearly articulate the unique value of telecom and networking solutions, primarily 5G, CBRS, Private LTE, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, Conversational AI, IoT, both at a business and technology level.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Market Intelligence: Be the expert on buying
behavior of carriers and enterprises, understand and build buyer personas: who
are they, how they buy, and their key buying criteria

Messaging & Collateral Development:
Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing to develop a product
positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyer personas. Ensure
that the message is consistent with the corporate brand yet specifically tuned
to the markets in which clients operate and for which the products are targeted

Thought Leadership Content: Create thought
leadership content, including white papers, solution briefs, webinar
presentations, sales & marketing presentations, press releases, customer
case studies and product video messaging, website copy, landing page copy, and
email marketing copy. Provide content for and represent the company at various
speaking engagements, conferences, press interviews, industry analyst
briefings, etc.

Sales Enablement Support: Support client sales
channels through the development of internal tools and external collateral
including training videos, sales presentations, battle cards, sales playbooks,
RoI calculators, and value messaging guides

Competitive Intelligence: Understand the
competitive landscape and help position client offerings to be differentiated.
Help create competitive overviews for product teas as well as competitive
battle cards for the sales and marketing teams.

GTM Planning: Develop a Go-to-Market plan in
conjunction with product management, sales, and marketing teams to support the
retention of existing customers, drive cross-sell and upsell programs, and the
acquisition of new customers

Conceive and develop innovative marketing
programs that drive demand, brand value, thought leadership, and generate
quality leads
Requirements, Skills and Education
·
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics,
Computer Science, Business or Marketing, MBA optional
·
4-5 years of product marketing experience with
telecom and networking product companies and/ or service providers
·
Strong understanding of wireless technologies
and markets primarily 5G, CBRS, Private LTE, Wi-Fi, and IoT, and their
commercial applications for carrier and enterprise markets across different
verticals
·
Experience working with sales, customers and
analysts in presenting the company position and products
·
Excellent written communication and visually
compelling presentation skills. Comfortable in front of customers
·
Results-oriented individual who takes
initiative, is quick thinker, and poised
